Other Recommendations:
- Drink - your body weight in ounces of water every day: i.e. if you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 ounces of water (9 glasses)
- Do 3 hours of aerobic exercise per week
- Eat a salad before lunch and dinner
- Get 8 hrs of sleep every night (10pm to 6am the best)
- Rest on Sundays
